Shipping

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! In-stock orders typically ship within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please note that all shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

While we strive for safe and timely delivery, sometimes shipments may be lost or stolen. We are not responsible for missing packages, but you can start a carrier investigation if needed, which usually takes 7–14 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping notification along with a tracking number. To check the latest delivery status, simply enter the tracking number on the courier’s website for real-time updates.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each shipment has its own tracking number so you can follow each package until everything has arrived.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will help you return it and ensure the correct item is sent, or contact the manufacturer if necessary.

Couriers We Use

We use a mix of trusted couriers depending on the size, value, and shipping method of your order. Some couriers we work with include FedEx, Shippie, Fleet Optics, and Canada Post.

In-Store Pickup

We do not ship directly to stores. However, you can place an online order for in-store pickup if all items are in stock at your selected location.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Canada. Some items may be eligible to ship to the United States, but furniture and large items are restricted to certain distances from our warehouse.

Receiving Your Order

Many packages require a signature for insurance purposes. You must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for your delivery if a signature is required. Couriers may attempt delivery up to three times before holding the package at a local facility.
